Cancellation and Refund Policy for PETAL TOUCH Salon

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice Required:
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations
  • For group bookings or special events, 48 hours' notice is required
  • Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
Cancellation Fees:
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of service price
  • Less than 2 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of service price
  • Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments

2. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee
  • We will work with you to find an alternative appointment time
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

3. Refund Policy for Services

Service Satisfaction:
  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours
  • We will work to address your concerns and may offer a complimentary adjustment
  • Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed to satisfaction
Health and Safety Refunds:
  • Full refunds are provided if we cannot complete a service due to health concerns
  • Refunds are given if we determine a service is not safe to perform
  • Allergic reactions may qualify for a partial or full refund

4. Product Return and Refund Policy

Retail Products:
  • Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Opened products can be returned within 14 days if unused
  • Products must be in original packaging and condition
  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable
Gift Cards:
  • Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase date
Service Packages:
  • Service packages are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused portions of packages may be transferred to another person
  • Expired packages cannot be refunded or extended

Emergency Situations:
  • We understand that emergencies can occur
  • Medical emergencies may qualify for fee waivers
  • Documentation may be required for emergency cancellations

Salon Closure:
  • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, no fees apply
  • We will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost
  • Full refunds are provided if rescheduling is not possible

6. Payment Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods
  • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a cancellation fee or refund decision:

  • We will review your case and respond within 3 business days
  • Documentation may be requested to support your case
